Shipping Information:

We will ship within 1-3 business days from Liverpool, UK. However, shipping might vary for custom orders.

Default Shipping Speed and Service:

We use Royal Mail second class. Upgraded shipping speeds and insurance are available upon request. Let’s chat!

Lost Packages:
Please remember that once we drop off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in Royal Mail’s hands.
If you fear your package is lost please contact Royal Mail. We are unable to open any Royal Mail cases for you, that is the buyers responsibly. You may contact us for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise. If you did not purchase insurance we cannot replace your items.
Address Changes:

If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction do not panic! Please contact us to let us know you need the shipping address to be changed. Please make sure we get back to you confirming that we received the change.
International Shipping:
We do provide international shipping services. Please respect that we cannot declare your custom forms as a “gift” and/or state that the package is worth less than it is. Please be aware that international shipping can take up to a month.

RETURNS:

We value our customer service and will happily accept returns for a full refund for all ready-made product. Please understand that you will have to pay for the return shipping. We are sorry that we do not accept refund for custom orders.
